Leads operations across multiple apartment communities, managing staff, resident satisfaction, leasing, budgets, pricing, marketing plans, vendor bids, capital projects, and employee performance. Trains associates, conducts meetings and appraisals, addresses employee relations issues, and supports leasing activities. The role requires travel between properties within an assigned region and physical ability to work around equipment, hazardous materials, heights, and heavy objects.

Lead all community operations including staff hiring, training, performance management, leasing (35% responsibility), budgeting, marketing, vendor contracts, property inspections, and resident satisfaction. Ensure property performance, coordinate capital projects, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining regulatory and company standards.

Support the Community Manager with financial administration, rent collections, bank deposits, accounting/bookkeeping, leasing support, resident relations, delinquency management, reporting, market surveys, and administrative duties. May lead the community in manager absence.
