Assist the Community Manager with financial administration, leasing support, rent collections, bank deposits, resident file management, delinquency/eviction processing, market surveys, administrative duties, and occasional leadership in manager's absence.

Lead all community operations for an apartment community, recruit and manage staff, drive leasing and marketing, administer budgets, oversee maintenance and capital projects, ensure resident satisfaction, conduct inspections, and handle employee performance and training.

Lead all community operations including staff hiring, training, performance management, leasing (35% responsibility), budgeting, marketing, vendor contracts, property inspections, and resident satisfaction. Ensure property performance, coordinate capital projects, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining regulatory and company standards.
