Requires strong AWS, EKS/Kubernetes, networking, scripting, programming, troubleshooting, Agile collaboration, and SRE skills.

Build and maintain AWS-based DevOps infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, containerized microservices, and Infrastructure as Code. Improve observability, resilience, security, compliance, and scalability through monitoring, vulnerability management, system hardening, and performance testing. Collaborate with development teams to resolve outages, contribute to architecture and software development, review code, document systems, mentor engineers, and participate in Agile ceremonies and on-call support.

Design healthcare digital services using service design principles to understand patient, caregiver, provider, payer, and policymaker journeys.
