Senior Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, deploy, and maintain backend and frontend systems (Go, Python, Java, Angular/TypeScript), own technical design and operations, implement CI/CD and IaC (Jenkins, Terraform, AWS), work with PostgreSQL, mentor teammates, enforce team processes, and research and introduce new technologies to modernize CMS Hospital Quality Reporting systems.

Work on CMS Hospital Quality Reporting systems designing and building FHIR-compliant APIs and integrations. Develop backend services (Java/Go/Python), frontend components, test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Terraform). Ensure data quality, regulatory compliance, and support migration from legacy formats to FHIR-based architectures while participating in Agile teams and stakeholder collaboration.
