Process vendor invoices, manage vendor records, assist vendor payments and weekly cash disbursements, reconcile vendor statements and balance sheets, approve T&E expenses, prepare month-end accruals, and identify AP process improvements while ensuring ERP accuracy and policy compliance.

Manage month-end close tasks, maintain and analyze general ledger accounts, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, perform variance analysis, support audits and tax filings (US and CA), analyze sales/use tax data, and lead ad-hoc financial projects to improve processes and reporting.

Lead design and execution of compensation, benefits, recognition, and rewards programs. Drive annual compensation planning, market pricing, pay equity analysis, and incentive design while partnering with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and external vendors. Build reporting, policies, and communications to ensure competitive, compliant, and scalable Total Rewards programs.
