Supports rail grade crossing and transportation engineering projects through traffic operations and safety analyses, signal design, roadway plans, specifications, calculations, signage and pavement marking layouts. Coordinates project deliverables, ensures compliance with transportation standards, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, maintains client relationships, and represents the firm at industry events.

Manage railroad public projects for local and state government sponsors, overseeing scope, budgets, schedules, project records, compliance, stakeholder communication, agency coordination, construction monitoring, contracts, invoices, and client relationships. The role supports projects from preliminary engineering through construction, coordinates consultants and field personnel, maintains databases, conducts meetings, and travels approximately 10% to railroad sites.

Develop and administer QuickBase applications, workflows, pipelines, and web-based project management and field data tools. Provide technical support, training, and best-practice guidance to staff, project teams, vendors, and clients. Analyze complex problems, recommend solutions, and manage QuickBase projects through implementation and maintenance. The role requires QuickBase Builder and Pipelines Builder certifications, with Python, HTML, and Jinja experience preferred.
