Greet and assist visitors, manage reception and access, support office maintenance and conference room scheduling, handle mail and ordering, provide light administrative support to executives, and coordinate vendor/invoice tasks. Lead end-to-end product design for data-driven healthcare platforms: translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI; coach and lead designers; represent user needs while balancing business and technical constraints; present design work to cross-functional teams and integrate design into agile processes.

Design, implement, and maintain global hybrid infrastructure integrating Azure, Microsoft 365, and on-prem Windows. Administer identity, endpoint management (Intune, Jamf, SCCM), Azure IaaS, networking, core services (AD, DNS, DHCP), monitoring, and patching. Lead governance, documentation, disaster recovery, mentor junior engineers, and participate in on-call rotation while ensuring security, scalability, and operational excellence.

Support financial data processing and reporting using SQL, SSRS, and Power BI; design BI reports and dashboards; analyze and automate business systems; write specifications and technical documentation; collaborate across finance, IT, operations, and legal to improve and scale processes.

Design, implement, and maintain on-premises and Azure infrastructure including VMs, networking, identity, and core services. Lead virtualization and migration efforts, ensure security and scalability, develop runbooks and standards, mentor engineers, and participate in on-call support and major infrastructure projects.
