Lead technical accounting for complex topics (equity, leases, M&A), develop and document accounting positions, support audits, partner with leadership and cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements for scalable GAAP financial reporting.

Greet and assist visitors, manage reception and access, support office maintenance and conference room scheduling, handle mail and ordering, provide light administrative support to executives, and coordinate vendor/invoice tasks. Ensure office security, equipment functionality, and event setup while escalating issues as needed.

Support monthly corporate accounting and controllership duties including financial statement preparation, revenue recognition (ASC 606), GL analysis and reconciliations, foreign-to-US GAAP comparisons, audit schedules, journal entries, and policy documentation. Collaborate across teams, contribute to process improvements, and assist with international consolidations and reporting projects.
