The Claims Examiner Trainee will manage workers' compensation claims, complete investigations, develop strategic plans, and communicate with clients and providers to resolve claims effectively.

Ensure availability, performance, security, and scalability of business applications. Assess technical feasibility and estimate development effort. Participate in design, coding, testing, implementation, and documentation. Monitor and improve application performance using Azure DevOps metrics. Support agile transformation and collaborate with SMEs, analysts, DBAs, and QA to troubleshoot and implement system improvements.

Supervises Legal Bill Analysts reviewing and entering high-volume legal invoices for accuracy, claim and law-firm assignment, cost control, and regulatory compliance. Manages legal billing software, firms, users, workflows, vendor support, reporting, quality reviews, and process improvements. Provides team leadership, performance feedback, problem resolution, and analytical support to Finance and Claims teams.
