Bridges business and IT teams by gathering requirements, analyzing workflows, documenting system designs, coordinating implementations and releases, and leading functional testing and UAT. Provides user training and post-launch support, develops reports and dashboards, drives process improvements, and ensures applications meet security, compliance, risk, and disaster recovery standards.

Leads the enterprise data platform engineering team and owns its reliability, security, scalability, performance, cost, and operational support. Oversees relational, NoSQL, and analytical platforms; data movement and transformation; infrastructure as code; GitOps; database automation; high availability and disaster recovery; monitoring; compliance; and incident response. Manages engineers, on-call operations, technology selection, vendor evaluations, budgeting, and cross-functional delivery while remaining hands-on in architecture, administration, performance tuning, and complex technical escalations.

Lead design, architecture, and implementation of scalable, secure software across on‑premises, hybrid, and cloud environments using C#, .NET, and React. Architect microservices, APIs, and cloud‑native solutions; implement CI/CD and IaC; mentor engineers; collaborate with architecture, DevOps, and stakeholders; ensure compliance, security, performance, and test traceability; and support cloud migrations and monitoring.
