Provides executive leadership for Lahey Clinic nursing operations, clinical quality, patient safety, staffing, workforce development, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning. Oversees nursing standards, budgets, process improvement, patient and family experience, and collaboration across Beth Israel Lahey Health. Leads nursing executives and partners with organizational leaders, Human Resources, Finance, Quality, and external professional organizations to advance coordinated, high-quality care.

Provides scientific, strategic, and operational leadership for lung screening programs. Conducts outcomes and population health research, analyzes clinical and program data, develops dashboards and performance frameworks, and translates findings into operational improvements. Oversees patient navigation, quality improvement, community engagement, program expansion, and financial sustainability. Leads multidisciplinary collaborations, supervises staff, supports publications and grants, and reports findings to clinical and executive leadership.

Performs diagnostic radiographic procedures across operating room, emergency, inpatient, and outpatient settings. Obtains patient histories, manages contrast documentation, operates radiologic equipment, reviews image quality, and maintains accurate RIS and PACS records. Ensures radiation safety using ALARA principles, supports patient care, participates in quality improvement and training, and provides coverage across sites, including on-call, overtime, and holiday rotations.
