Provides inbound and outbound support to hospice and pharmacy clients through calls and tickets. Troubleshoots software issues, assists physicians with ePrescribing setup, conducts user training, contributes to FAQs and tutorials, and supports client success and sales teams. The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, organization, customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. It is fully remote, includes rotating weekend, holiday, and on-call coverage, and requires travel to twice-yearly company retreats.

Develop and enhance software applications as part of a remote Scrum engineering team. Responsibilities include building features, improving existing applications, participating in code reviews, attending technical refinement meetings, and supporting complex problem-solving. The role also involves integrating third-party APIs and occasionally handling customer support escalations requiring communication with customers and vendors.

Configure, onboard, troubleshoot, and optimize EMR integrations for clients and partners. The role provides Tier 2 technical support, investigates API and data exchange issues, coordinates escalations, educates clients, manages multiple integration implementations, and identifies process improvements. It requires strong communication, customer service, API troubleshooting, database, and technical documentation skills in a fully remote environment.
