Develop partner strategy, programs, executive relationships, joint business plans, co-sell motions, enablement, and operating cadences across HCM platforms, technology companies, consulting firms, and systems integrators. Align partners with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance, while tracking partner-sourced pipeline, revenue, and engagement metrics.

Lead the end-to-end design vision for BetterUp's Partner Experience (Partner Hub, Performance Intelligence, analytics). Translate complex organizational data into actionable enterprise B2B UX, drive 0→1 solutions, build scalable design systems, partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and People Science, and shape company-wide AI and design strategy.

As a Principal Product Designer, you will shape design strategies for BetterUp's core products, influence cross-functional teams, mentor designers, and lead design quality efforts while integrating AI into design processes.

Own and evolve the design system for web and mobile, integrating AI tools for efficiency and consistency while mentoring teams and ensuring brand alignment.

Counsel on enterprise SaaS and Professional Services contracts end-to-end, manage complex customer-paper deals, advise Sales, maintain strategic account relationships, build contract playbooks and CLM workflows, lead template modernization and AI/privacy contract terms, and implement legal ops dashboards and automation.
