Build BetterUp’s technology and channel partnership function from the ground up. Develop partner strategy, programs, executive relationships, joint business plans, co-sell motions, enablement, and operating cadences across HCM platforms, technology companies, consulting firms, and systems integrators. Align partners with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance, while tracking partner-sourced pipeline, revenue, and engagement metrics.

Lead the end-to-end design vision for BetterUp's Partner Experience (Partner Hub, Performance Intelligence, analytics). Translate complex organizational data into actionable enterprise B2B UX, drive 0→1 solutions, build scalable design systems, partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and People Science, and shape company-wide AI and design strategy.

As a Principal Product Designer, you will shape design strategies for BetterUp's core products, influence cross-functional teams, mentor designers, and lead design quality efforts while integrating AI into design processes.
