Manage a portfolio of customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth. Identify upgrade and expansion opportunities, build relationships with key contacts, provide product guidance, conduct regular customer check-ins, and maintain account and renewal data in Salesforce. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to resolve customer needs and support consultative selling and customer success initiatives.

Drive new business and expand Bevi’s customer base through prospecting, product demonstrations, relationship building, and full-cycle sales. Manage leads through closing, analyze markets and competitors, collaborate with marketing, customer success, and operations, and maintain accurate CRM records. The role serves offices, hotels, gyms, and other businesses, requiring local visits and travel within the assigned territory.
