Administer and optimize Azure Databricks environments across development, staging, and production. Manage workspaces, clusters, jobs, SQL warehouses, Unity Catalog, permissions, identity integrations, security controls, monitoring, troubleshooting, disaster recovery, and cost efficiency. Partner with data engineering, cybersecurity, compliance, and governance teams to maintain reliable, secure, auditable, and well-documented data analytics infrastructure in a regulated financial services environment.

Analyzes customer assets, income, and debts to recommend suitable financial and loan products. Markets services, prospecting through cold calls, qualifies and closes accounts, maintains client relationships, documents activity in a CRM, follows up on leads, and delivers strong customer communication and presentations. Requires minimal ongoing travel after an initial company event.

Design, develop, maintain, and support a large Salesforce environment across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Build Apex, Aura, and LWC solutions; implement Data Cloud and AgentForce capabilities; maintain integrations and data flows; troubleshoot production issues; create reports and dashboards; recommend automation; participate in architecture, testing, deployment, documentation, and code reviews; and enforce scalable Salesforce development practices.

Performs financial analysis, loan portfolio reporting, inventory management, cash forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and process improvement. Partners with Finance, Capital Markets, Accounting, and Legal teams to provide insights, identify risks and opportunities, support strategic initiatives, and inform leadership decisions. Uses Excel, SQL, Power BI, and other reporting tools to maintain models, analyze financial results, and manage data workflows.
