Provide rapid production support and stability improvements for Salesforce: investigate and resolve Apex, Flows, LWC, and integration issues; perform root-cause analysis; deploy hotfixes; monitor platform health; create runbooks and documentation; use AI-assisted tools to accelerate debugging and solutions.

Lead Salesforce platform administration, manage Conga and DocuSign document/signature workflows, configure declarative automation (Flows, approval processes), support enterprise production incidents, govern templates/versioning, coordinate releases, and train/support end users across business units.

Lead and operate end-to-end Salesforce release processes using Copado, manage sandbox refresh lifecycle, administer CI/CD pipelines, enforce quality gates, mentor a small release team, coordinate CAB submissions, and communicate release readiness and risks to stakeholders.

Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions, including APIs, user interfaces, and data management, while supporting users and troubleshooting issues.

Manage and grow client relationships within an assigned territory, prospect for new business, maintain CRM and sales pipelines, prepare presentations, coordinate meetings, support senior representatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver financial solutions and revenue.

Serve as the bridge between business and IT by gathering requirements, analyzing processes, designing solutions, building and monitoring workflows, translating requirements into technical specs, supporting testing and documentation, and providing system performance monitoring and user support.
