Own BigPanda’s corporate social and short-form video activation. Translate strategic narratives into social posts, executive thought leadership, videos, event content, carousels, and reusable content packages. Script, shoot, edit, caption, and publish platform-ready assets; support executives on camera; activate events in real time; and establish efficient content workflows. Monitor performance, maintain brand consistency, and use audience insights and AI-assisted tools to improve content quality and reach.

Lead multiple enterprise customer implementations of BigPanda’s AI-driven IT operations solutions from kickoff through go-live. Assess IT operating models, guide cross-functional collaboration, translate customer challenges into requirements and best-practice designs, manage roadmaps, risks, timelines, budgets, and resources, and communicate outcomes to technical stakeholders and executives. Partner with Sales, Solution Architects, and Engineers to drive adoption, value realization, delivery improvements, and customer success.
