Translates complex scientific concepts into accessible visual narratives across campaigns, digital, video, print, experiential, and sales materials. Establishes design systems, directs internal teams and external vendors, manages production, mentors designers, presents concepts to executive and scientific stakeholders, and oversees projects through delivery while maintaining quality, accuracy, and strategic alignment.

Leads IT strategy, infrastructure, networking, AWS cloud operations, cybersecurity, compliance, disaster recovery, IT support, and vendor relationships. Manages the IT team, oversees servers and storage, optimizes AWS resources, conducts security assessments, maintains business continuity plans, and delivers cross-functional IT projects within budget and timelines. The role also establishes IT policies, manages asset lifecycles, and ensures reliable technical support for a rapidly scaling molecular diagnostics company.

Oversee accounting operations for a newly public diagnostics company, including month-end and quarter-end close, general ledger integrity, SOX 404(b) controls, audit coordination, and management reporting. Lead GL and AP accountants, deliver flux and cost-per-test analysis, operationalize technical accounting conclusions, manage procure-to-pay controls, and drive process improvements across the accounting function.
