Leads daily operations and staff supervision in a high-complexity prenatal clinical laboratory. Oversees pre-analytical and analytical workflows, scheduling, troubleshooting, quality control, validations, training, tech transfers, recruiting, and process improvement. Manages licensed and unlicensed laboratory personnel while coordinating with stakeholders and executing company objectives. Requires a California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license, molecular biology experience, and at least 4–5 years of clinical laboratory experience.
