Binti Benefits Overview

Designs and maintains scalable, secure cloud infrastructure using Pulumi, TypeScript, GKE, and Kubernetes. Builds CI/CD pipelines, manages monitoring and logging, optimizes cloud costs, and supports high availability, disaster recovery, and backups. Collaborates with development teams, automates operational processes, documents infrastructure, and participates in production on-call support.

Serve as the senior technical voice in Binti’s sales process, leading technical discovery, solution architecture, security and integration discussions, and RFP responses for government prospects. Partner with sales, product, integrations, delivery, and security teams to shape technically feasible deals and ensure smooth implementation handoffs. Build reusable playbooks, reference architectures, demo resources, and AI-assisted response systems that scale across the sales organization. Travel up to 25% for customer engagements.

Lead strategy and execution for Binti's AI and core platform capabilities. Own roadmap, scale LLM-based tools (transcription, form pre-fill, case chat), partner with engineering and design, prototype rapidly with AI-native tools, conduct user research with social workers, and drive platform health and AI adoption metrics.
