The Scientist, Probe Design will develop and optimize RNAscope probes, support customer needs, and collaborate with teams to ensure excellence in scientific consultation and product training.

Provide technical support and guidance for probe-related issues, assist customers with assays, and ensure customer satisfaction through troubleshooting and training.

Design and implement test automation for instrument software, data pipelines, cloud analytics, and AI/ML outputs. Build data validation frameworks, schema and pipeline checks, integrate tests into CI/CD, validate ELN/LIMS interoperability, ensure traceability and regulatory Quality System compliance, and contribute to test solution architecture and orchestration.
