Owns and supports U.S. controllership accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, audits, SOX controls, SEC filing schedules, and cross-functional initiatives. Provides guidance to junior accountants, evaluates transactions under U.S. GAAP, and improves accounting processes through automation, reporting enhancements, and technology solutions. This hybrid role requires onsite work in San Rafael twice weekly.

Lead U.S. VOXZOGO brand strategy, competitive readiness, market execution, omnichannel campaigns, customer engagement, cross-functional alignment, agency partnerships, budget management, and KPI performance tracking. Drive growth and retention while collaborating with sales, medical affairs, market access, corporate communications, global marketing, senior leadership, and external stakeholders.

Partners with the U.S. Pompe and Fabry commercial organization to design, deliver, and scale compliant learning programs across onboarding, product and disease training, launch readiness, selling excellence, and ongoing capability development. The role translates brand strategy and scientific information into field-ready learning, manages MLR/PRB approval and audit readiness, uses performance metrics to optimize programs, and pilots AI-enabled and modern learning approaches. It also collaborates globally and cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical, Compliance, Market Access, HR, and field leadership.
