Lead and mentor a senior product design team while remaining approximately 50% hands-on. Own retail mobile experiences, the design system, shared product patterns, UX processes, design quality, and collaboration with product and engineering. Represent design in strategy and roadmap discussions, strengthen systems thinking across the organization, and help transform BitGo into a design-led company serving complex digital asset and financial products.

Drive institutional revenue growth by acquiring major clients across BitGo’s custody, wallet, prime, trading, staking, lending, and financing solutions. Manage the full sales lifecycle, from presentations and proposals through onboarding, while developing executive relationships across financial institutions, corporate treasuries, pensions, endowments, foundations, and family offices. Represent BitGo at client meetings and industry events, conduct product demonstrations, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and build expertise in digital assets and market structure.

Design and evolve core double-entry ledger systems supporting balances, trading positions, financial reporting, reconciliation, and proof-of-reserve mechanisms. Partner with engineering, Finance, Data Engineering, and Product teams to ensure financial correctness, scalable data models, legal-entity ownership, pricing, and reconciliation are incorporated into new products. The role requires strong backend engineering, accounting knowledge, and distributed-systems design experience.
