Owns architecture, migration strategy, technical risk, schedules, cutover and rollback plans, and execution standards. Performs hands-on engineering, scripting, automation, troubleshooting, documentation, and hypercare support while coordinating internal teams, vendors, consultants, and business stakeholders across multiple concurrent integrations.
