Administers payroll using UKG/UltiPro, maintains employee records, audits timesheets, calculates overtime and premiums, manages tax and union filings, prepares payroll journals, reconciles accounts, supports labor compliance and audits, and responds to payroll inquiries. Partners with Human Resources on employee changes and assists with payroll policies, financial analysis, and record maintenance while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate, timely processing.

Executes technical integration for mergers and acquisitions, including Microsoft 365 tenant, email, collaboration, identity, endpoint, security, and cloud migrations. Performs configuration, testing, troubleshooting, cutovers, and hypercare; supports Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, Azure, and PowerShell automation. Collaborates with acquired-company IT teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders, documents environments and risks, follows migration plans, and improves reusable integration playbooks.

Administer California prevailing wage and multi-state payroll, maintaining wage rates, employee classifications, project assignments, fringe benefits, apprenticeship contributions, tax compliance, and payroll records. Review and reconcile payroll, process corrections and adjustments, interpret wage determinations, support audits and regulatory reporting, and resolve discrepancies with Payroll, HR, Finance, Project Accounting, and Operations. Ensure employees are paid accurately and on schedule while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
