Build and improve full-stack features for a legal AI platform. Responsibilities include frontend and backend development, responsive interfaces, data models, APIs, integrations, data pipelines, testing, deployment, observability, debugging, and performance improvements. The engineer will work directly with users, own projects end to end, make architectural tradeoffs, and help shape product direction in an early-stage company.

Lead full go-to-market: build awareness, generate demand, open partnership channels, run the full sales cycle with founders/GCs/ops, close engagements, develop pricing and messaging playbooks, and represent the firm at founder events to drive pipeline and scale growth.

Lead end-to-end VC financings (SAFEs, convertible notes, priced rounds); draft and negotiate investor and ancillary documents; advise founders on deal strategy; manage investor and cap table relationships; improve templates and workflows; contribute to design of AI-powered legal delivery and matter management standards.

Negotiate, draft, and advise on commercial agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SaaS, SOWs, partnerships); give practical risk-based counsel to tech clients; identify contract patterns to create templates and playbooks; collaborate with founders and engineers to shape AI-powered workflows and define matter management and client communication standards.

Advise emerging-company clients on a full range of US employment matters including drafting agreements, worker classification, policies, terminations, investigations, EEOC/DOL responses, and restrictive covenants; translate patterns into templates and playbooks; help design AI-powered legal workflows and define matter-management and client-communication standards.
