Lead end-to-end VC financings (SAFEs, convertible notes, priced rounds); draft and negotiate investor and ancillary documents; advise founders on deal strategy; manage investor and cap table relationships; improve templates and workflows; contribute to design of AI-powered legal delivery and matter management standards.

Negotiate, draft, and advise on commercial agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SaaS, SOWs, partnerships); give practical risk-based counsel to tech clients; identify contract patterns to create templates and playbooks; collaborate with founders and engineers to shape AI-powered workflows and define matter management and client communication standards.

Advise emerging-company clients on a full range of US employment matters including drafting agreements, worker classification, policies, terminations, investigations, EEOC/DOL responses, and restrictive covenants; translate patterns into templates and playbooks; help design AI-powered legal workflows and define matter-management and client-communication standards.
