Leads and develops a team of Solution Advisors supporting sales cycles for BlackLine’s financial close and accounting automation products. Conducts client discovery, delivers tailored demonstrations, presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts, and provides technical guidance throughout sales engagements. Responsibilities include prospecting, account planning, relationship development, executive presentations, RFI/RFP responses, contract negotiation, forecasting, Salesforce management, and closing new business. The role requires achieving sales quotas, collaborating cross-functionally, mentoring teammates, and traveling up to 50% to build customer and partner relationships.

Manages and grows a portfolio of enterprise customers by retaining accounts, driving product adoption, renewing contracts, and identifying upsell opportunities. Builds executive relationships, develops strategic account plans, sells solution value and ROI, manages complex expansion deals, and collaborates with customer success, marketing, product, legal, and pre-sales teams. Maintains opportunities in Salesforce and travels approximately 40%.
