Build scalable software, analytics, monitoring, and automated workflows for model portfolio management. Partner directly with portfolio managers and engineering teams across portfolio monitoring, customization, rebalancing, implementation, controls, and operational risk management. Apply quantitative methods and AI to improve investment decisions and reduce manual effort. Own solutions from prototyping through production, adoption, enhancement, and support while contributing to the team’s technology strategy.

Own relationships with institutional Aladdin clients, helping them achieve business goals through platform adoption and product strategy. Serve as a trusted consultant to senior stakeholders, communicate product insights, gather and track client feedback, identify risks and opportunities, and oversee cross-functional initiatives. The role requires financial services and investment lifecycle knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects while coaching junior team members.

Supports cross-functional technical, product, and platform initiatives from planning through post-launch. Responsibilities include software development lifecycle coordination, dependency and risk tracking, incident management, stakeholder communications, timeline management, agile ceremony facilitation, program health metrics, process improvement, documentation, workflow optimization, and use of automation and AI-enabled tools.
