Drive net-new enterprise revenue by prospecting Fortune 1000 organizations, building pipeline, and managing complex technical and commercial sales cycles. Own territory strategy, account plans, evaluations, negotiations, and six- to seven-figure deals. Engage engineering, DevOps, security, procurement, finance, and executive stakeholders while positioning CI infrastructure and cloud optimization solutions. Collaborate with solutions engineering, product, marketing, founders, and customer success to shape enterprise go-to-market strategy and expansion opportunities.

Source and engage exceptional engineering candidates across systems and product engineering. Build talent pools, research technical talent through papers, blogs, open-source work, and conferences, and craft compelling outreach. Track sourcing and hiring-funnel data to identify opportunities and challenges. The role requires strong technical understanding, knowledge of engineering talent markets, modern sourcing tools, scalable AI workflows, autonomy, and a high bar for quality.

The role involves managing the CEO's calendar, organizing travel, running the SF office, coordinating supplies, and ensuring a welcoming environment for employees by planning team events and improving office setup.
