Own the day-to-day operations and workplace experience for Blacksmith’s in-person San Francisco office. Responsibilities include managing facilities, supplies, equipment, vendors, contracts, guest reception, team events, catered meals, employee celebrations, and customer events. The role focuses on creating an enjoyable, high-quality office environment, coordinating logistics across the business, managing multiple initiatives, and continuously improving the workplace experience.

Own Blacksmith's visual and verbal brand across web, product, social, events, decks, and swag. Translate complex technical concepts into engaging visuals, build a scalable brand system, collaborate with founders and engineers on launch narratives, ship quickly and iterate publicly, and raise craft and quality across the company.

Own full-cycle hiring for GTM and Ops roles, build outbound sourcing/headhunting, partner with founders to define talent standards, run fast high-quality hiring processes, advise the business on market and talent strategy, and grow employer brand and long-term candidate pipelines.
