Manages security training programs, develops and delivers instruction, and supports security officer preparedness in a healthcare environment. The role requires instructional experience, prior security officer work, customer service skills, reliable transportation, and a Security Guard Card. Preferred qualifications include five years of security management or training experience in healthcare security and a relevant bachelor’s degree.

Performs custodial and janitorial duties, including operating and maintaining industrial cleaning equipment, safely disposing of hazardous materials, and handling basic landscaping and handyman tasks. The role requires attention to detail, conscientiousness, physical strength, and good overall physical condition. A high school diploma is preferred but not required.

Protects hospital staff, patients, visitors, and property by patrolling facilities, monitoring for hazards and unauthorized activity, screening entrants, responding to emergencies, de-escalating incidents, inspecting security and fire equipment, and maintaining accurate logs and reports. The role requires compassionate communication, vigilance, physical activity, compliance with healthcare safety procedures, and completion of client screening, competency assessment, and assaultive-behavior training.

Performs janitorial and custodial duties using industrial cleaning equipment, safely disposes of chemical and hazardous materials, and may assist with basic landscaping and handyman tasks. Provides executive protection and close-protection services, safeguarding executives and maintaining confidentiality. Responsibilities include communication and de-escalation, security planning, country reports, risk assessments, incident reporting, emergency management, threat assessment, and SOP development. Requires California BSIS licensing, exposed firearms authorization, BLS/First Aid/AED certification, recognized executive protection training, and at least five years of relevant experience.
