Coordinates physical security systems and workflows, including access control, badge issuance, visitor management, video surveillance monitoring, footage retrieval, system troubleshooting, documentation, compliance records, and issue escalation. Collaborates with IT, Facilities, vendors, and other stakeholders while maintaining accurate logs and managing tickets or cases in systems such as ServiceNow.

Manages security training programs, develops and delivers instruction, and supports security officer preparedness in a healthcare environment. The role requires instructional experience, prior security officer work, customer service skills, reliable transportation, and a Security Guard Card. Preferred qualifications include five years of security management or training experience in healthcare security and a relevant bachelor’s degree.

Performs custodial and janitorial duties, including operating and maintaining industrial cleaning equipment, safely disposing of hazardous materials, and handling basic landscaping and handyman tasks. The role requires attention to detail, conscientiousness, physical strength, and good overall physical condition. A high school diploma is preferred but not required.
