Lead customer activation, adoption, retention, onboarding, pilots, rollouts, support, and churn prevention across enterprise accounts. Partner with onboarding and go-to-market teams, troubleshoot technical issues such as SSO and calendar synchronization, identify expansion opportunities, and relay customer feedback to product and engineering. Build scalable customer success operations including usage reporting, templates, runbooks, support-agent QA, and retention processes.

The role involves managing and evolving core infrastructure, optimizing database systems, overseeing LLM infrastructure, and improving monitoring and deployment pipelines.

As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Blockit, you'll convert inbound users into customers, run product demos, onboard new clients, and negotiate contracts ranging from $5k to $100k.
