Leads Blossom’s client-facing delivery organization across implementations, professional services, client education, data conversions, and partner management. Owns delivery methodology, portfolio risk, staffing capacity, budget, services revenue, quality standards, and executive client escalations. Oversees complex financial technology implementations, merger and card processor conversions, training readiness, third-party delivery partners, Statements of Work, and transition to support. Manages and develops the Client Services team while driving predictable, measurable delivery outcomes across multiple product lines.

Supports customer billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, cash application, deferred revenue, reconciliations, journal entries, commissions, and month-end reporting. Maintains billing schedules and pricing updates in accordance with U.S. GAAP and ASC 606. Investigates billing discrepancies, prepares revenue and variance analyses, supports collections and audits, and reconciles Sage Intacct with source systems. The role requires a bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of progressive accounting experience.

Owns the end-to-end contract and legal document lifecycle, including maintaining MSAs and templates, redlining routine agreements, managing document control and data rooms, coordinating due diligence, tracking renewals, and supporting contract execution. Drafts investor, equity, trademark, and corporate filing documents while serving as an internal legal and paralegal resource. Partners with Finance, Compliance, Sales, People Operations, leadership, and outside counsel, escalating higher-risk legal matters as needed.
