Lead end-to-end onboarding, migration, and integration of credit union card programs (credit, debit, prepaid, digital). Coordinate internal teams and external vendors, ensure Visa/Mastercard/PCI compliance, manage project plans, testing, certifications, cutovers, and stakeholder communications to deliver successful program launches and migrations.

Provide first-line support for credit union clients using core banking platforms, troubleshoot member data and transaction issues, document tickets, escalate complex problems, assist with installations/updates, maintain documentation, and deliver user training and exceptional client service.

Lead technical support for card operations, troubleshooting authorization, clearing, settlement, disputes, tokenization, and ISO 8583 message flows. Manage escalations, lead Sev-1/Sev-2 incident response, author RCAs, mentor support staff, maintain runbooks, and coordinate fixes with Engineering, Product, Risk, and Network Operations to improve service reliability and meet SLAs.
