Develop and test polymer materials for solid-state battery performance. Design experiments, analyze electrochemical and materials data, optimize processing, and connect material properties to cell results. Lead projects, report data-driven recommendations, interpret scientific literature, and advance novel materials, cell designs, processing approaches, and intellectual property. Mentor junior staff and collaborate across teams in laboratory, dry-room, and glovebox environments.

Establishes quality infrastructure for silicon solid-state battery development and manufacturing. Develops SOPs, QC test methods, CTQ specifications, SPC programs, measurement systems, and structured reporting. Leads root cause analysis, process control, change control, supplier quality, and reproducibility initiatives to reduce variation, improve yield, and support scale-up. Works across laboratory, engineering, manufacturing, and supplier teams while promoting safety and data integrity.

The Senior Process Engineer develops new materials and processes for solid-state battery separators, conducts experiments, collaborates with teams, and supports project management.
