Develop and optimize deep-learning and computer-vision models for autonomous vehicles in construction and agriculture. Build multimodal models using vision, radar, and thermal data; research methods to improve accuracy and speed; transition algorithms to real-time robotic platforms; and maintain data-processing, annotation, training, evaluation, and deployment pipelines.

Manage and scale Blue River Technology’s IT infrastructure across network systems, Linux and Windows servers, cloud and on-premises identity platforms, endpoint devices, and SaaS applications. Administer Active Directory, Entra ID, FreeIPA, Okta, Jamf, Intune, and Zscaler products; resolve escalated support issues; write and troubleshoot automation scripts; maintain technical documentation; and contribute to infrastructure, security, reliability, and automation projects.

As a Sr Technical Recruiter, you will manage the full recruiting lifecycle for specialized technical roles, collaborate with hiring managers, and enhance candidate experience, while tracking metrics for continuous improvement.
