Owns tax and reporting compliance across federal, state, and local requirements. Responsibilities include payroll reporting and reconciliation in NetSuite, employee onboarding and offboarding, 1099 contractor reporting, audit support, month-end reconciliations, accounting entries, process documentation, and internal-control improvements. The role also supports the Controller and accounting team on special projects in a remote, fast-changing environment.

Leads complex implementations of pharmacy procurement solutions, including project planning, system and pricing configuration, data validation, go-live support, customer training, and workflow optimization. Advises hospital pharmacy, purchasing, and finance stakeholders on cost savings, 340B compliance, GPO alignment, and drug shortage tracking. Manages customer communications, coordinates with wholesalers and internal teams, maintains project documentation, mentors implementation staff, and travels to customer sites as needed.

Maintain hospital pharmacy accounts by monitoring savings performance, submitting optimization insights, supporting customer communications, and collaborating with customer success and managed services teams. The role requires expertise in hospital pharmacy purchasing, procurement, cost savings programs, 340B requirements, and GPOs. It also involves analyzing savings data, building relationships with pharmacy and supply chain teams, influencing platform improvements, and representing customer needs internally.
