Write production C++, Python, and Rust in a ROS2/Linux environment, review code, debug hardware/software issues across a global fleet, and collaborate with AI/ML teams to deliver safe, reliable, extensible robotics solutions.

Lead and scale the multidisciplinary engineering organization across software, hardware, autonomy, AI, and platform development. Define and execute engineering strategy, align roadmaps and budgets with business priorities, ensure system architecture, validation, and release readiness, support field deployments, and develop engineering leadership and organizational processes to drive predictability and execution.
