Leads enterprise security and structured cabling programs across North America, overseeing scope, budgets, schedules, risk, procurement, commissioning, financial reporting, and client relationships. Manages project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders while supporting estimating, bids, business development, quality, and customer satisfaction. Supervises and mentors employees, ensures consistent processes, and delivers complex integrated security projects on time and within budget.

Sell integrated security, networking/cabling, and commercial AV solutions; develop and execute annual sales plans; generate new business and manage existing accounts; collaborate with Operations, IT, and Engineering; maintain CRM, forecast opportunities, and present technical solutions to clients.
