The Director of Technical Support will lead the Technical Support Engineering team, defining strategies and improvements for customer experience, complex issue resolutions, and team development in a SaaS environment.

Lead and scale a multi-tier Support team, owning hiring, coaching, QA, escalations, incident response, performance analytics, and cross-functional projects to improve SLAs and customer experience. Balance daily people management with project delivery and on-call incident duties.

Lead the commerce product experience for Boulevard, owning end-to-end transaction flows and scaling payments and reporting for multi-location and franchise customers. Partner closely with engineering and design, use data and customer insight to measure outcomes, reduce friction, and prioritize impactful work. Influence cross-functional teams, drive decision-making in ambiguous contexts, and incorporate AI tools to accelerate discovery and execution.
