As a Market Launcher at Bounce, you will be responsible for signing businesses onto the platform, managing full-cycle sales from lead generation to onboarding, while targeting the US market.

Lead Demand product for acquisition and conversion pods, owning SEO, AI discovery, paid landing pages, geospatial discovery, and CRO. Define experimentation roadmaps, run A/B and multivariate tests, partner with engineering, design, data, and marketing to improve traffic quality, funnel conversion, and GMV through data-driven product initiatives and localized experiences.

Contract UX/Product Researcher to lead mixed-methods research, partner with Product/Design/Growth, coach designers, improve research ops and tooling, and democratize insights to inform strategic product decisions.
