Bounteous is the first place I’ve worked where it was built off of a technological transformation and a Co-innovation Manifesto, as opposed to trying to take an old model and then use technology to fix it.

You are constantly thinking about what you can measure to understand if we’re actually making the difference that we want to make. That constant stream of data and the digital flow helps us help our clients get better as we go and figure out what the future looks like.
