Teams at Box

Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of Box AI chat and agentic experiences across web and mobile applications. Focus primarily on React and React Native frontend architecture, while collaborating with backend engineers on APIs, interfaces, and delivery milestones. Shape product requirements, establish cross-platform development standards, review code, ensure accessibility and performance, monitor evolving AI capabilities, and participate in on-call support.

Manage a portfolio of SMB accounts across the West region, driving adoption, renewals, retention, and expansion. Build customer relationships, lead discovery sessions, value reviews, and product demos, while forecasting renewals and monitoring account health. Develop account plans, identify risks and opportunities, execute proactive playbooks, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer challenges. Use customer insights to improve territory planning and experiment with AI-enabled workflows. The role is hybrid in San Francisco or Redwood City with three in-office days weekly.

Build and maintain Box’s iOS mobile applications using Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI. Develop scalable, polished features; optimize performance and responsiveness; debug crashes and bottlenecks; collaborate with product, design, and backend teams; participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, mentoring, and on-call support.
