Drive revenue growth by identifying new customers and expanding existing accounts in manufacturing. Build relationships, develop sales strategies, coordinate with engineering and operations, manage quotations and CRM (Salesforce), and travel (including international) to win business and support project implementation.

Manage and grow strategic global customer accounts for Boyd's Thermal and Engineered Materials across Industrial, Data Center, and Semiconductor markets. Develop integrated product solutions, drive sales, build customer relationships, perform market analysis, oversee quotations and project schedules, collaborate with engineering and sales operations, negotiate commercial terms, and use Salesforce to track opportunities. Frequent local and periodic international travel may be required.
