Lead and manage the Youth Art program at the Tenderloin Clubhouse: plan and run age-appropriate industrial arts classes, supervise volunteers and teen workers, organize exhibitions, maintain art room safety and supplies, support club-wide programs and events, create daily reports, and ensure member safety (including Safe Walk). Maintain professional standards and assist with fundraising and community partnerships.

Lead and supervise small groups of youth in school-based after-school programs. Create lesson plans, facilitate activities, mentor participants, ensure safety, manage behavior, collaborate with colleagues, and cultivate a respectful clubhouse culture.

Support the Clubhouse Director by managing daily operations, staff (3–5 direct reports), programs, facilities, volunteers, safety and risk protocols, front-desk procedures, and budgeting. Ensure program execution, facility maintenance, incident reporting, and community relationships to deliver high-quality youth development services.

Lead the Tenderloin Clubhouse providing strategic leadership, staff supervision, program delivery, safety/risk management, community and school partnerships, data-driven performance monitoring, and fiscal/resource management to meet attendance, program, and fundraising goals.

Manage new hire administration and HR records, maintain HRIS data integrity, build and present people-analytics dashboards, support onboarding/offboarding and compliance, partner with HR, Legal, and Finance to improve HR processes and inform leadership decisions.

Lead the Development Department to meet aggressive fundraising goals (~$6.5M), manage major donor portfolios and events, oversee fundraising technology and reporting, supervise senior development staff, liaise with the Board and senior leadership, and support a planned 2026 capital and capacity-building campaign.

Manage and grow an individual giving program: steward a portfolio of ~150+ households, lead spring and year-end appeals, execute donor communications and events, track CRM activity, and provide fundraising analysis and reporting to leadership.
