Lead stewardship and solicitation of a leadership-level annual donor portfolio (~300+), expand donor pipeline, partner on communications and campaign strategy, plan donor events, maintain Salesforce/CRM records and reporting, and support signature fundraising events and Board engagement.

Plan, prepare, and run daily youth programs (STEM, literacy, wellness), ensure safety and inclusion, track attendance and behavioral incidents in Salesforce, manage supplies, model positive behavior, maintain family communication, attend trainings, and maintain required CPR/First Aid certification.

Lead and manage middle school programs (grades 6-8) to support academic, social-emotional, and career development; analyze attendance and participation data; build school partnerships; mentor members; attend IEPs; prepare reports; support club operations and citywide programs.

Lead and supervise after-school programming for Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten-aged children (3–6). Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons, ensure safety, mentor youth, manage behavior, collaborate with team, and maintain systems and procedures in a school-based club setting.

Manage new hire administration and HR records, maintain HRIS data integrity, build and present people-analytics dashboards, support onboarding/offboarding and compliance, partner with HR, Legal, and Finance to improve HR processes and inform leadership decisions.

Lead development, implementation, and evaluation of programs across Clubhouses and School-Based Clubs. Oversee program planning, outcomes measurement, quality improvement, and staff leadership. Partner with development, marketing, operations, and external agencies to ensure program impact, budget management, and continuous improvement.

Support school-based afterschool programming for youth with special needs by assisting with individualized plans (IEPs), personal care, behavior management, activity preparation, and recordkeeping. Maintain safety, operate program equipment, aid in communication supports, administer basic first aid, and collaborate with staff, families, and school personnel to ensure successful participation.
