Lead stewardship and solicitation of a leadership-level annual donor portfolio (~300+), expand donor pipeline, partner on communications and campaign strategy, plan donor events, maintain Salesforce/CRM records and reporting, and support signature fundraising events and Board engagement.

Lead and supervise after-school programs for ~10 youth, ensuring safety, developing lesson plans, mentoring participants, managing behavior, collaborating with staff, and maintaining program systems and standards.

Lead and supervise small groups of youth in school-based after-school programs. Create lesson plans, facilitate activities, mentor participants, ensure safety, manage behavior, collaborate with colleagues, and cultivate a respectful clubhouse culture.
