Provides federal, multistate, ASC 740, accounting methods, tax planning, M&A, restructuring, and transaction guidance. Oversees work quality, develops managers and staff, manages client relationships, supports business development, and contributes to thought leadership and firmwide tax best practices.

Lead tax compliance, planning, and consulting engagements for cryptocurrency, blockchain, Web3, and digital asset clients. Advise on federal, state, and international tax matters involving transactions, token issuances, staking, mining, DeFi, and NFTs. Review complex tax filings and technical memoranda, manage client relationships, budgets, staffing, and profitability, mentor tax professionals, and help expand BPM’s digital asset tax practice.
