The Special Projects Lead works directly with the founder on ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives spanning go-to-market, product, operations, recruiting, and research. They scope projects, execute them end to end, own outcomes under unclear KPIs, and transition completed work to permanent owners. This early-career role emphasizes speed, clear writing, independent execution, adaptability, and broad exposure across the company.

Embed with high-value customers to manage end-to-end Brainbase deployments from post-sales through launch and ongoing operations, configuring primitives (evals, observability, router, auth, permissions, sandboxes, harnesses) and integrating models and APIs to ensure secure, scalable internal agent deployments.

Own end-to-end outcomes for GTM, partnerships, and operations. Provide high-level strategic thinking with a bias for action, operate under ambiguous KPIs, and scale the function by hiring and extending teams as needed.
