Provide customer-facing support for hybrid and self-hosted deployments across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Debug Kubernetes, Terraform, networking, IAM, TLS, backend performance, databases, and object stores. Lead incident response, submit infrastructure and backend fixes, build diagnostic tooling, maintain runbooks, and participate in on-call support. Collaborate with Cloud Infrastructure, Engineering, Developer Support, and Product teams to resolve recurring customer issues.

Own full-cycle sales recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance. Partner with sales leaders to define roles, assess talent, and make hiring decisions. Build passive-candidate pipelines, communicate the company’s story, improve recruiting processes and employer brand, track recruiting metrics, and advise leadership on market dynamics and candidate sentiment in a fast-paced early-stage environment.

Build and lead Braintrust’s post-sales organization across Professional Services, Technical Account Management, and Technical Enablement. Own onboarding, implementation, adoption, renewals, GRR, NDR, team development, delivery, pricing, packaging, playbooks, and post-sales P&L. Serve as a player-coach by personally scoping engagements, writing SOWs, leading customer delivery, and supporting strategic accounts. Partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Experience, and Engineering to improve retention, expansion, customer outcomes, and product feedback loops.
