Provides customer-facing technical support for hybrid and self-hosted deployments across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Responsibilities include debugging Kubernetes, Terraform, networking, IAM, TLS, performance, database, and reliability issues; leading incident response; contributing backend and infrastructure fixes; building diagnostics and health checks; maintaining documentation; and participating in on-call support.

Own full-cycle sales recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance. Partner with sales leaders on role definition, talent calibration, and hiring decisions. Build passive-candidate pipelines, communicate the company’s vision, improve recruiting processes and employer brand, analyze recruiting metrics, and advise leadership on market dynamics and candidate sentiment. The role also focuses on streamlining recruiting operations while maintaining a high hiring bar and strong candidate experience.

Build and lead Braintrust’s post-sales organization across Professional Services, Technical Account Management, and Technical Enablement. The role owns onboarding, implementation, adoption, renewals, retention metrics, customer delivery, enablement programs, SOWs, playbooks, hiring, and post-sales P&L. It requires hands-on engagement with technical enterprise customers while developing scalable processes and partnering with Sales, Finance, Customer Experience, Engineering, and GTM teams. Customer travel may be required.
