Teams at Braze

Lead the design, development, and rollout of large-scale integrations for BrazeAI Decisioning Studio. Build resilient data ingestion and event-driven activation pipelines across enterprise systems, supporting arbitrary schemas, multi-region deployment, compliance, and high-volume customer data. Own production systems, observability, incident response, and reliability. Partner with data scientists, ML engineers, and product managers, while mentoring engineers and setting technical direction.

Own partner sales strategy and revenue generation across an AMER territory. Build account maps, activate technology, delivery, and marketplace partners on opportunities, drive joint business plans, support customer retention, and advise sales leadership. Develop executive partner relationships, coach account executives on co-sell motions, identify ecosystem gaps, and mentor regional partner sales managers. The role requires deep B2B SaaS partner ecosystem expertise and senior-level influence without formal authority.

Owns end-to-end customer implementation engagements from onboarding through go-live while designing SDK and API integrations, managing project scope and timelines, resolving technical and delivery blockers, and aligning customer stakeholders and third parties. The role combines technical architecture, project delivery, customer relationship management, KPI development, enablement workshops, documentation, and continuous improvement across Braze implementations.
