Identify and pursue biopharma specialty growth across North America by developing go-to-market strategies, building customer relationships and pipelines, negotiating contracts, supporting product rollouts, providing technical and regulatory market support, and using sales forecasting and data analysis to meet revenue and GP targets.

Serve as technical bridge between customers, suppliers, sales and internal teams to develop, optimize and commercialize HI&I cleaning formulations. Support customer development, troubleshoot formulation and manufacturing issues, onboard suppliers, deliver technical training, and ensure regulatory and market alignment from concept through commercialization.

Account Managers develop sales strategies, enhance customer satisfaction, and identify sales opportunities while managing customer relationships in assigned territories.
